Hai ngày qua tôi có chia sẻ đến quý vị tin tức về việc trên mạng
Yahoo.com có loan tải bản tin nhân viên hải quan Việt Nam tại phi trường Tân
Sơn Nhất đã viết hai chữ "F..k và F..k you" vào cuốn
sổ thông hành của một nữ du khách Tàu cộng, để bày tỏ sự bất mãn và phản đối
việc chính phủ Tàu cộng in hình "lưỡi bò" trên các trang sổ thông
hành, nhằm xác định biển Đông mà trong đó có Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa thuộc chủ
quyền của Tàu cộng.
Hôm nay trong dịp Đại Hội Đảng Dân Chủ Mỹ, có hàng triệu độc giả
xem mạng Yahoo.com, lại tiếp tục loan tải tin tòa lãnh sự Tàu cộng tại thành
phố "Hồ Chí Minh" đã lên án gắt gao hành động người nhân viên hải quan
Việt Nam viết chữ "F..k và F..k
you" trên sổ thông hành
Tàu cộng, mà chúng cho là "khiếm nhã và đáng xấu hỗ,"
và Tàu cộng đã yêu cầu nhà cầm quyền Việt cộng điều tra và trừng trị "thủ
phạm." Theo bản tin thì nhà cầm quyền Việt cộng đã đồng ý tiến hành cuộc
điều tra. Nguyên văn đoạn tin bằng Anh ngữ như sau:

Như từng trình bày, tôi lấy câu "Đem đại nghĩa để thắng hung
tàn. Lấy chí nhân mà thay cường bạo" trong Bình Ngô Đại Cáo của đại anh
hùng Nguyễn Trãi làm kim chỉ nam cho hoạt động đấu tranh, chính vì vậy mỗi
khi tôi nhìn thấy cá nhân nào, tổ chức nào có những hành động ái quốc
"thật sự" thì tôi vô cùng cảm kích, trong đó có cả người nhân
viên hải quan này dù người này đang là nhân viên "nhà nước" Việt
cộng. Trong khi tập đoàn đầu sỏ Bắc Bộ Phủ cúi đầu tuân phục thiên triều Tàu
cộng, thì người hải quan này dám viết ra những chữ phản đối "nặng nề"
như vậy trên sổ thông hành Tàu cộng, điều đó chứng tỏ rằng người hải quan
này muốn bày tỏ sự đối kháng lại "nhà nước" Việt cộng lẫn Tàu cộng,
hành động này đáng khen và cần được tuyên dương.
Vì lẽ đó, cho nên sau khi tôi đọc tin thấy nhà cầm quyền Việt cộng
vâng theo lệnh Tàu cộng để điều tra nhằm trừng trị người hải quan này, tôi cảm
thấy có trách nhiệm lương tâm lo lắng và quan tâm cho số phận người hải
quan này. Chính vì vậy một lần nữa tôi xin phổ biến cái tin tức trên mạng
Yahoo.com và từ nhiều nguồn tin khác nữa dưới đây, với mục đích bày tỏ sự
ngưỡng mộ và cảm kích hành động ái quốc của người hải quan, và nhân dịp này tôi
cũng hy vọng và mong mõi các tổ chức cộng đồng hải ngoại, các hội đoàn đấu
tranh, các cơ quan truyền thông hãy quan tâm và chuẩn bị những phương tiện ngõ hầu
giúp đỡ tinh thần lẫn vật chất cho gia đình và cá nhân người hải quan này nếu
không may người hải quan này bị nhà cầm quyền Việt cộng và Tàu cộng bắt
giữ và trừng phạt.
"Lực bất tòng tâm," tôi quá bé nhỏ nên không thể làm
được nhiều chuyện như lòng ao ước, vài tin tức nho nhỏ này chia sẻ đến quý đồng
hương như là một đóng góp thật khiêm nhường vào công cuộc đấu tranh
lớn lao của toàn dân.

năm trước, tôi và đồng hương, các bạn trẻ biểu tình chống Tàu cộng xâm lăng

In 2012 China introduced controversial new
passports. On some pages, the passports featured a map that
suggested contested bits of territory were its own, among them most of the South China
Sea. The new design prompted border control officials in various nations,
including India and Vietnam, to avoid stamping the passports, lest the act seemed to
legitimize China’s territorial claims. Vietnam began stamping separate pieces
of paper, and then attaching those to passport pages. On July 23,
Vietnamese immigration staff allegedly went a step further,scribbling “f**k you” on the pages
of a Chinese woman’s passport.Yesterday (July 27)

Here’s the
story being circulated in Chinese media: Zhong flew from Guangzhou to Ho Chi
Minh City on the morning of July 23. When she got her passport back from the
immigration staff, she found the vulgarity scribbled on pages 8 and 24. Those
pages show a lightly printed dashed-line map encircling most of the South China
Sea.
Chinese media
widely reported on the incident, and the articles generated thousands of comments (link
in Chinese), most expressing anger toward Vietnam. Zhong told Beijing News (link
in Chinese) that she felt humiliated disappointed.
On the social
media platform Weibo, the news became a trending theme(link
in Chinese, registration required), attracting more than 1.8
million visits. Some Weibo users proposed (link
in Chinese) no longer visiting Vietnam. One said, “If the kid is naughty, then
we will beat it.” Some criticized the Chinese government for “condemning
without actually doing anything.”
Vietnam has
long protested the “nine-dash line,”
which China drew on a map after World War 2 and uses to justify its expansive
claims. Newer Chinese maps (including those on the passports) have a 10-dash
line, with one being added east of Taiwan.
On July 12 an
international tribunal invalidated China’s dashed-line claims in a 500-page ruling.
Vietnam welcomed the ruling the
day it came out. It contends the Paracel Islands off its coast, currently
occupied by China, are its territory. And in 2012 it protested the China
National Offshore Oil Corporation inviting foreign companies to
bid for oil exploration blocks falling well within Vietnam’s exclusive economic
zone.
Beijing vowed
to ignore the ruling, which also incensed millions of Chinese citizens, told since grade school that
most of the sea belongs to their country.

BEIJING: “Offensive scribbling” in English on a Chinese
citizen’s passport by Vietnamese border officials was shameless and
cowardly, China’s consulate general in Ho Chi Minh City said on
Wednesday.
It
added that the incident had “stained the dignity of both China and its
nationals”.
On Saturday, a woman surnamed Zhong from Guangzhou, Guangdong
province, found that offensive words had been scribbled in her passport
after immigration officials handed it back to her at Tan Son Nhat International
Airport in Ho Chi Minh City.
The words had been scribbled on two pages that contained the
dotted line denoting China’s claims in the South China Sea.
Zhong, who was on a personal visit to Vietnam, did not respond
immediately at the airport because she cannot speak Vietnamese, but she later
told China National Radio that she felt insulted and was “very disappointed at
the personal qualities of Vietnamese officials”.
The Chinese consulate general said in a statement on its website
on Wednesday that it had expressed indignation, contempt and condemnation to
the Foreign Affairs
Office in Ho Chi Minh City.
It said China had asked Vietnam to investigate the incident and
seriously punish those responsible for it, adding that Vietnam should ensure
that such a case was not repeated.
According to the consulate, the Vietnamese said they would
conduct an investigation. The Vietnamese embassy and consulates in China were
unavailable for comment.
Earlier this month, Chinese media reports said Vietnamese border
control officers refused to stamp Chinese passports with the dotted line
design, with the holders being issued with separate visas on arrival.The
reports said Vietnam had adopted such measures since 2012, when China first
issued new passports with the South China Sea dotted line printed in them.
China and Vietnam have overlapping claims to parts of the South
China Sea.
Li Guoqiang, deputy head of the Chinese Academy of Social
Sciences’ Institute of Chinese Borderland Studies, said the border officials’
“provocative act” reflected “long-standing irrational emotions” among some
Vietnamese people regarding the South China Sea issue.
“However, this will not help to properly settle disputes between
Beijing and Hanoi, and even hurts relations between the peoples of both
countries,” he said.
The Vietnamese government should control and manage such
“misbehaviour” and attempt to solve differences through
government-to-government conversations, Li added.

toàn dân Việt Nam quay ngược mũi súng nhắm thẳng vào đầu bọn chóp bu Bắc
Bộ Phủ, để lật đổ bọn bạo quyền cộng sản Việt Nam, nhằm đưa đất nước thoát khỏi
sự khống chế và kèm kẹp của Tàu cộng, để nhân dân Việt Nam sớm hưởng được một cuộc sống tự do, hạnh

pages. The map, which China started printing on three pages in each passport
since 2012,
is a source of much anger against China in Southeast Asia, because
it outlines a large chunk of the South China Sea that China says belongs to it.
That territory, however, has already been claimed by various
Southeast Asian nations, including Vietnam, which don't recognise China's
stance. According to the Beijing
News, the Chinese embassy in Ho Chi Minh City said it's aware
of the matter. The woman's passport is also now invalid because it's
been defaced, and she will have to get it replaced once she's back home,
Chinese authorities said. The incident is the latest in a sustained pushback by
Vietnamese border officials disgruntled with the larger Asian nation over its
bold territorial claims in the South China Sea.
In addition to Vietnam, China's been tussling with a host of countries in
the region including the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia and Taiwan over a group
of islands and the waters around them. While the territories have
been parcelled out and claimed by the various Asian nations, China says most of
the sea belongs to it. To support its claims, it's been pointing at a
1947 Chinese map which outlines most of the sea with a U-shaped string of nine
dashes that run through the coastlines of the other countries.
